Clean Steel Ltd and SmartWell Ltd have been working together for some time, and the signed agreement further strengthens this cooperation. The parties desire to work jointly to market and deliver advanced boiler cleaning products and services to prospective customers globally. This agreement describes the terms of a marketing relationship under which SmartWell will independently or cooperatively engage in mutually agreed activities to develop and promote Clean Steel offering.
Clean Steel is a family business and a Finland based cleantech company specialized in the dry cleaning of boilers using advanced grit blasting concept. The customers are typically operating large biomass boilers burning wood chips and various paper mill rejects. Variable feedstock generates tough slag deposits on heat transfer surfaces that cannot be removed by other methods. Clean Steel deslagging solution has been developed and successfully used at a large number of power plants in Finland.

SmartWell has signed a partnership agreement with Taprotek Ltd., an expert company from Finland that is committed to support customers to achieve savings in paper manufacturing operations. Taprotek develops, manufactures and delivers a full range of solutions, products and turnkey systems on the basis of combining process engineering expertise, reliable components and field-proven technology. The target of the cooperation agreement between the companies is to promote the export sales of Taprotek offering, and particularly the application of their advanced cleaning technology for paper machine rolls. Dirt affects not only capacity, but also the quality of paper. Quick Cleaner removes build-up on roll surfaces without costly surface regrinds or special release coatings. The device is compact, easy to install, safe to operate, and can be used on any roll on the paper machine.
