We can provide engineering competence and creativity in the technology and product developing projects, including innovation, IPR protection and trials. Design of special equipment, revision of existing plants and relocation of production machinery are a part of our engineering services. When needed, we can also cooperate with the top experts from special sectors to implement large scope projects.
Our professionals can manage service or capital projects to maintain budget & timelines and supervise & report progress to ensure objectives are met. Let our experts work closely with you for overall support of the procurement process including commercial and technical bid analysis, resolving contract issues and sourcing in low cost countries. They offer also ability to supervision of manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operational testing to ensure the works on site are performed according to the contractual standards.
Rising cost pressure and stricter environmental regulations increase demand for process improvements and debottlenecking of the existing production lines. We understand that poorly adjusted process or unscheduled down time at your plant equals lost revenue. Our experience and lessons learned help avoid the machinery and process pitfalls that can interrupt or disturb the production. Optimizing services are aimed at improving customers’ results of operations. First an overall analysis of the existing process is undertaken to identify potential bottlenecks. Thereafter solutions are suggested and implemented for more efficient processes that use less energy, water and raw materials. Millsite services include also troubleshooting, maintenance supervision, software debugging and training.
By embedding the condition monitoring, intelligence and data logging in the equipment we can offer predictive remote service over the industrial internet. In cooperation with our partners we are developing a possibility to offer support, maintenance, spares and performance optimization for the whole industrial process in such a way that we can agree compensation based on the shared earnings concept. In shared earnings concept the obtained savings and/or increased revenues are split for a pre-determined length of time in accordance with a pre-arranged percentage.
SmartWell provides advisory services and practical hands on assistance to technology companies that could benefit from the entrepreneur’s accumulated knowhow in global paper technology projects, customer orientated mindset, proven technical & commercial expertise and well established network.
We help our customers to renew their thinking, create new business innovations, increase sales and improve profitability. In certain cases we can make our own skills, experience and contacts available to the start-up company without a quick return on that "sweat equity" investment. The actual compensation can be made, for example, as a grant of shares of the company.
